Privacy by design

Privacy isn't just a policy. It's built into our architecture.

Ashti treats your trust as a product requirement. Below are the four pillars of how we empower you to understand, carry, limit, and remove your data — on your terms.

User-centric data architecture
Explicit in-app consent for analytics
Portable exports, when you want them

Four pillars of proactive privacy

These aren't promises buried in legalese — they're concrete capabilities you can use today inside Ashti, alongside our formal Privacy Policy.

Total control over your psychological data
You never have to delete your entire account to step back from sensitive AI-generated context. Relationship baselines, core triggers, attachment leanings, and similar profile fields can be cleared anytime with one deliberate action in Settings — your account and active spaces stay exactly as they are.
Your data belongs to you
Self-serve data portability is built in. Download a complete, machine-readable JSON snapshot of your intakes, profiles, and related activity directly from Privacy Settings — no waiting on email threads or manual requests.
Strictly explicit consent
Our public pages are designed as tracking-free zones: no behavioural analytics run while you browse marketing or informational content. Product analytics only begin after you create an account and explicitly agree to how we process special-category data inside the app.
Guaranteed erasure
In a shared relationship app, data deletion is complex by nature. Our strict database architecture is designed so that when you delete your account, your highly sensitive raw intakes are mathematically and permanently purged from the system — while your co-participant’s individual account and any previously generated static reports they hold are preserved on their side, cleanly separated from your data.
