Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ashti platform (“Service”), operated by Relay Spatial, Unipessoal Lda, a company incorporated under the laws of Portugal (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Ashti is an AI-assisted communication platform. It is not a medical service, licensed therapy provider, or legal advisor. Nothing on the platform constitutes professional psychological, legal, or financial advice.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any other person, including your co-participant in a shared Enclave.
• Submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code or underlying AI models of the Service.
• Share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access the Service through your account.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with any part of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conduct standards, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

The Service, including its interface design, underlying technology, and brand assets, is the exclusive property of Relay Spatial, Unipessoal Lda and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. We do not sell or license your content to third parties.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of Lisbon, Portugal, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Relay Spatial, Unipessoal Lda and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
